1. Prepare Your Materials: Take out a piece of paper, open a notes app, or grab your journal.
2. Set Your Intention: Write down one thing you want to bring into existence. It can be anything you deeply desire or wish to manifest.
3. Be Clear and Specific: Take a moment to focus on this desire, and be as specific as possible. The clearer your intention, the more effective the exercise will be.
