welcome, reader.
to seeking. to finding.
this substack is a place where those who love to curl up to a good story can be found. the smell of paper permeates the air here. words are the ghost of names long dead. as those word have power, so do the words that come from them. words can calm a raging storm. words can spark fires in the heats of me. they can even bring back the dead.
it is here that honied words make their home, and stories come to life.
#sentencecraft is a newsletter built to metabolize life through story.
this is a place where experience is digested slowly, where moments are broken down and reassembled into meaning. we don’t rush toward answers here. we sit with the raw material of living until it tells the truth it’s been holding.
meaning is made here in places that may feel barren — in stalled seasons, quiet griefs, half-formed thoughts, or empty pages. our lives may not resemble the story we were promised yet. but they will. this work assumes that nothing is wasted, even when it looks empty.
